WHO WE ARE
Since incorporation in 1986, Victory has been operating a fleet of floating kiosks, dedicated to serving the local habour craft community.
Starting with one small wooden tanker, the company owns 6 steel vessels today, and expanded to serving the full range of commercial vessels.
Victory is a fully accredited bunker supplier under Maritime Port of Singapore, and adheres to the requirements of the Singapore Standard SS648:2019 – Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Metering.

1986

Incorporation
Incorporated in 1986 as Victory Petroleum Trading Pte Ltd, with a focus on operating floating kiosks
BP first floating station
Painted in BP’s corporate colours, Victory owned and operated BP’s first floating station SB46H off Pasir Panjang
1987


BP second floating station
Victory Pioneer, BP second floating station, anchored near Punggol
Expansion
The business expanded to serving all kinds of harbour crafts and international going vessels
1990s – 2010s

2014

Phasing out of wooden tankers
Arrival of our steel vessels to replace our wooden tankers
Digitalization of bunker delivery forms
With high volume of daily transactions, digitalization became an urgent need to streamline operations and increase efficiency. From training crew to educating customers, the Company shifted our bunkering forms from paper to digital.
2018

2019

Implementation of mass flow meters
The company implemented MFM for all vessels for international and domestic supplies, as we saw the system as the perfect complement to our digitalization goals.
Conversion to FER propulsion system
The company recognize the immediate need to reduce carbon emissions globally, and contracted our first Full Electric Ready (“FER”) propulsion system with BH Global in efforts to hybridize all existing vessels

Renaming
Company officially renamed to Victory Pte Ltd to better reflect our business, and remind us of our commitment towards decarbonization
Maritime SG Carbon50
Recipient of inaugural Maritime SG Carbon50 award in recognition of maritime companies that have contributed to carbon accounting adoption and emission reduction
